ECP cost in reports

Hi Experts,

We are planning costs in WBS through ECP.But in any of the reports (Eg-CN41,S_ALR_87013531,S_ALR_87013532 ) this cost is not appearing.

We have activated multiple co versions for ECP.Is it affecting any thing? or any other settings to be maintained??

Which CO version are you using for ECP?...If it is other than 0, then input the corresponding CO Version during execution of report....

Hi,

I made ECP in version 1 and while inputing for reports I entered version 1 only.After executing the report it gives message No costs,revenue or finances were selected..

Same thing happening in version 0 also

I did a quick check, its working fine for me....may be you can tryn CJEN...also check in RPSCO for that WBS Element, if it contains your ECP cost data or not....

Thanks for the reply,After executing cjen the ECP cost is appearing in all reports for the particular project.

But when I created a new project & made ECP it is not appearing in reports.(It may also appear after cjen) Is it necessary to reconstruct data base every time for a new project ?? Is there any one time setting ??

No...it is not like that...It should update the report database automatically....it seems there is a problem with your system....may be you should check for a note or write to SAP.
