I have created questionaire with 50 questions

1) I would like to send this all few employees .

what is the best way to send and how.

what is the format of the questions received by the employees.

when the return the question how will it come the system and how can i update them in SAP

( i have seen import option, this could be one of the options, are there any other options)

2. I created to a medical service and trying to call a questionaire for the above service.

I am getting a message no questionare exists for the service 00000xxxx

that means there is link between the questionaire and particular medical service

where is the link existing?

Hello,

Through Std. SAP there are two ways by which Questionnaire can be sent. One is by giving access to Questionnaire and another way is to print the questionnaire and send to respective person. When the person is having access to Questionnaire, he / she can complete the Questionnaire on line and when the Questionnaire is sent in print form, questionnaire can be filled in paper and can be scanned back into the system.

Request you to refer SAP help " Completion of Questionnaires " for both these scenarios under Medical Service in Occupational Health at : http://help.sap.com/saphelp_erp60_sp/helpdata/en/a5/596d36f74c7505e10000009b38f839/frameset.htm

Regarding Questionnaire not available under medical service, Quessionnaires are assigned to the Health Surveillance Protocols. Open Heath surveillance protocol using tcode: EHSVU01, Select the protocol for which you want to assign the Questionnaire, and select Details, there you will find link to assign Questionnaire. So, now when a medical service is created, protocol is assigned to the person, and to that protocol, Questionnaire is assigned. So when the medical service is open for editing you get the Questionnaire also.

We need to automate the questionaire answer process.

we have 10000 employees.

Say I have created several protocors.

assign appropriate protocols each person.( with questionare) open a medical service or schedule the protocol frequency.

we can enter manually the service and enter the anwser to each questions individully.

I am thinking of an automated solution send the questionaire related to each personn by by email.

once they answer them it should be updated in the system automatically

Hello,

Though this is a genuine requirement from business process point of view, but unfortunately it is not available in SAP standard solution. May be you can take help of a Technical person and derive some solution.
