s_pl0_86000028 From and to period not showing correct

In s_pl0_86000028 if we enter From period as 1 in selection screen and press enter it is showing January insted of April as description.

but the output is that of april. our company code is in April to March fiscal.

But when i checked in quality its showing april.

I tried with fgi3 and fgiv both settings are same in PRD and QTY.

The problem only exists with this report.

Can anybody help.
