Delete personnel numbers

Hello,

I want to delete few personnel numbers with all the infotypes data from QA system. I am planning to use Report RPUDELPN to delete PERNRs, as I have to delete them all at once.

I want to know if there is any other program to delete PERNRs (except PU00)?

Once I delete all PERNRs using Report RPUDELPN, can the same PERNRs be used again to hire other employees?
