Enable Now object name keeps changing

Hi,

I am using Enable Now and just came across an issue where the name of a book changed mysteriously. I looked at the change log and the user who it said made the name change had the correct/old name in producer, manager showed it as the new name. Even after synchronising manager and producer were showing different names.

On my computer, manager and producer both showed the same incorrect/updated name. I changed it in manager, and in producer, and it keeps reverting back to the incorrect name ever time the other user synchronises.

This material needs to be delivered on Tuesday and needs to have the correct names, so I am a little concerned that this keeps happening.

Has anyone else faced this problem?

Hi Kathryn,

Unfortunately I haven't faced this.. What I can recommend is to:

1) Refresh the workarea in the Producer (Not sync, but Refresh)

2) If name is displayed correctly in Manager and still incorrect in the Producer you can delete local workarea files and Check In the whole workarea from the Manager. So you will have all files actual.

3) If it didn't help, please create an incident for SAP. If it's urgent - please notify your SAP representative. These boys and girls know how to escalate 😉
