Restriction for posting documents

I need to create a role with the following tcodes:

FB60

FB65

F-41

F-43

But it is required to disable the option of posting documents, just park them. I believe this is done by Auth Objects adjustment. What I´m doing is to create a role with those tcodes and modify all the FI Auth Objects in ACTVT field with values 03 and 77.

When I test the role, it still allows posting the documents. Any suggestion?

Hello Santiago,

You can segregate park only assigning activity 77 to the respective profile, without assigning activity 01(this allows the post).

So the requirement is the creation of the new role with those specific transactions? I ask because the requirement to just have the ability to park can be granted in a role by using the "parking" transactions of FV60 and FV65. Is it the goal for some users to use FB60 to only post directly and some users to use the same FB60 transaction to only park?

Indeed, I got to create role with those transactions but I also have to limit the posting functionality, just park. Is it possible?
