Employee Central Service Center - Create Administrator

Hi all,

I am trying to follow the admin guide in order to create administrator in SAP Hybris but I was not able to conclude this step.

I have created the service agents but I can not assign the corresponding rights (wrok center ADMINISTRATOR).

Does anyone know what are the required steps and pre requisites to create administrators?

    Hello Livia,

    *Assuming you are talking about SAP Hybris C4C (Now called C4/HANA Sales Cloud)

    After creating Service Agent, on that screen itself after you SAVE service agent details, there is a button on the top - 'Request User'.

    Once you click on this, it generates a User for this service agent.

    After this, you can go to ADMINISTRATION-> BUSINESS USERS -> Select the User created for that Service Agent and Click on - EDIT -> Access Right and you can assign access from here on.

    Thank you so much for your feedback.

    The point is that I do not have access to the ADMINISTRATION work center. So I am not able to edit access rights.

    Do you know what are the pre requisites to enable ADMINISTRATION work center?

    Hello Livia,

    After creating the service agents and requesting their respective users to log into the system, the Administrator work center should be automatically assigned.

    If this is not the case, we would ask you to open an incident to report this issue, as we may need to check deeper into the system the reason for this situation.
