Hi all,
Is it possible to create different holiday profiles in the tool, considering different work locations? The location field will be created as one of the rules for ticket routing. So according to the location selected during the ticket creation process, the system will consider the related timezone to calculate the SLA.

Hi Livia,
We have an activity as "Working Day Calendar"(https://help.sap.com/viewer/cea15f900ca04c4faa35d3044577fe27/1811/en-US/eddb5bd6189841408b38898a655c...), you can see all scoped calendars fine tune activity or you can also create your own calendar. Further, you can use this calendar during Service Level creation and you can use Service Level rules to assign the right SLA based on the conditions(ex: Employee Country field).
