Employee Center Service Center - Inactive Employees

Hi all,

I would like to know if it is possible to link an opened ticket to an inactive employee. Example: An inactive employee calls the RH asking for a document. Is the agent able to create the ticket and link to the ex employee?

    As long as you have Employee/ex-employee data available in C4C, you can create ticket and take further action. However, SLA or ticket routing rule based on employee Org unit may not work as these are inactive employees.

    • Is this correct for SAP C4C? we have inactive (ex-employee) employees in our C4C tenant. We access the People Workcenter and attempt to locate them, with no success. We go into the Administrator > Employees and can locate them and this would be expected.

      We have many scenarios where we must generate tickets for past/inactive Employees, how can this be achieved?

      i.e. Create a ticket and be able to populate the Employee field with an Inactive Employee (ex-employee).

      Your thoughts would be appreciated
