Connection or SQL sentence error: (DA0005)

We can successfully log into DESKi, but get this error when we try to refresh an existing query or create a new query:

"Connection or SQL sentence error: (DA0005)

Exception: DBD, [State : 28000][Native Code 402] Invalid Username/PasswordState: 28000

A connection required to refresh this document is unavailable. (DA0004)"

Does anyone recognize this particular error and/or have any advice on how to resolve it?

Will,

The query you want to execute is trying to make a connection to the database with an invalid username/password.

Check your universe to see if the defined connection is correct. Could be that you imported a universe with a defined connection for which you yourself still need to create a Data Source Name (DSN) locally.

Thank you for the suggestion Harry. We have not imported any new universes and we have looked at the existing universes and could not find any missing fields or relationships.

But did you locally check the connection to the database defined in the universe?

I did not strike the part of the error that is displayed with a line through it...not sure how that happened, but it is part of the error statement.
