Mass printing of PDF files via CV04N transaction

Hi All,

We are using DMS and My customer's requirement is to select and print the documents in mass by CV04N transaction.

In brief , if you execute Transaction CV04N by giving 'document type' inselection screen, then it will give different documents with dfferent versions in output.

Now if you select same document with different versions or more than one documents which are having attached PDF files, then system should print all the attached documents one by one.

As per my knowledge , we need to open documents one by one and then go to PDF file and from there print can be given and there is no such mass printing functionality available in DMS for PDF files.

For information we are using SAP ECC6.0 version with active document management.

Kindly let me know if there is any such transaction code/method to achieve this requirement.

Hi Somu,

You are right. Documents are printed one by one and not in bulk. You need to select one by one and then give orint.

You can't select mass and give one print command.

I hope this will resolve the query.

i think using processes might be useful...

spro->cross app comp.->DMS->General data->Start processing for documents..

here you can define print process the option will appear in search result menu Extra->processes..
