business place issue - withholding tax

Hi,

I had configured withholding tax and posted an transaction it was caculateing properly.

But when I am raising challan I have following error u201CBusiness Place for document could not be determinedu201D

But had configured business place, section code and I had assigned when I am posting inv also.

Please give me the solution for that.
