Item to Item Transfer

Does SAP B1 give you the functionality to move stock from one item code to another item code in a similar way that you can move items between warehouses?

An example being Item code ABC123 x 100 Units needs to be moved to item code ABC123XYZ x 100 units. What is the SAP process for this requirement?
