We have developed a UI add-on which opens custom slightly modified Sales Order form from various added menus. Even though on most of the databases we are using it, it runs as expected, on one of our databases it causes an unexpected problem.
After opening the Sales Order form by the added menus, we try to create a Business Partner by the Choose from list menu of existing BPs (with the 'New' button). After completing the required fields on the BP master data form we press Add. The Business Partner is successfully created but the SAP client crashes with no indication of code flaw on the side of the add-on.
When repeating this procedure with the add-on running but opening the Sales Order form by the SAP's menu it runs smoothly. When repeating it with the add-on stopped before adding the BP, client still crashes.
Has anyone encountered this before? Any help would be appreciated.
