MAke an Infocube available to BO Explorer

I am working with Business Objects Explorer accelerated version and I need to create Infospaces on the BW Accelerator Indexes. I am facing some issues when activating infocubes in transaction RSDDV tyransaction (to make Infoprovider available to BO Explorer). Before activating, I clicked on 'Check" button and it is going into the ABAP debugger screen. After some analysis, I found that it is because of some key figures selected in the 'RKF/CKFs' tab.

If someone has already seen this problem and solved before, please let me know. Thanks.
