Product Rename

Hi,

I have created a Serivce Product and also maintained proper description for it. After saving the Product, the descriptions got removed automatically.

I tried bringing the Product into the edit mode but the Descriptions Column is greyed. Could anyone help to maintain the Description for the same existing Serivce Product.

Which CRM versin you are currently using?

Is this issue happening in Web UI or SAP GUI?
