Leave Encashment & Leave Exceed with Payroll


Hi Guys,

We have two scenario:

1.Employee have alloted with maximum 15 leave in 6 month ,if employee exceed that leave during any month then Rs500 on per day basis will be deducted from his salary on that month

2.If the employees have remained that leave within that period then he/she can encash it after that period on the same per day amount

We already made absences & quota....but confused how to do this two scenario.....Is this be done with time quota compensation
