"Data must be a whole number" error

Anyone ever seen or dealt with the following error:

When the user is keying in data into a spreadsheet to prepare for sending. If they enter in numbers 10 million or greater they get a Microsoft Excel Error that says "Data must be a whole number". When they log out of BPC and do the same thing, it doesn't give them this error.

Any ideas?

We reinstalled Excel and BPC with no luck.

What format are you using for number?

Are you sure hyou inserted a number not a string?

Also please check what is the signeddata format for you application.

Do you have this error into Apshell or you are receiving the error just into your appset?
