Migrating credit control area

Former Member

Hi,

Our society has only one credit control area. This credit control area manages all the customers. Now, we are going to create a new credit control area.

How can I change (migrate) the credit control area of a set of our customers?

The conditions between both credit control areas are the same (tx FD32), only changes the identifier of the credit control area.

Thanks in advance,

Ricard.

Hello Ricard

Once you change the customer master data (FD32) with new Credit Control Area (CCA), use T ocde F.28 or run report RFDKLI20 to reorganize credit data for existing documents. Test this in Dev/Test clients before running it. Review OSS note 425651 - Consulting note collection: Master data, reorganization and the notes referred in it ( especially 408596 - RFDKLI20: Recreating credit data - new documentation) before starting on the project. Good luck.
