Please Help, Depreciation Area blank in Fixed Asset Master Data (SAP b1 8.8

I am using SAP B1 8.8 and want to create a new fixed asset. In the Fixed asset master data, after selecting the asset class (in which i have activated the depreciation area), no depreciation area is appearing in the field of depreciation area in the main window of fixed asset master data.

I have already reinstalled fixed asset addon, but the depreciation area still blank.

Anybody know other solution for this problem?

Dear ratna rs,

According to our experience, the cause of this issue is the version of SQL server.

Referring to B1 8.8 install CD\Documentation\SystemSetup\ AdministratorGuide_SQL.pdf, you will find the following part:

To properly use the SAP Business One Fixed Assets add-on on Microsoft SQL Server 2005, make sure that you have Microsoft SQL Server 2005 SP3 installed.

Upgrade MS SQL Server to SP3(build 9.0.4035), or SQL Server 2008(build 10.0.1600), the fixed assets should be working.
