Report on Materials to be used in Preventive Maintenance

Hi Gurus,

Is there a report to see all the materials/components to be used in a maintenance plan even thought the plans are still On Hold?

I don't think there are an standard reports to view components associated to MP Calls on Hold.You will have to custom develop the same.I would rather generate the order upfront and then use the standard requirements report to view the same.

Hi,

Please check report on maintenance plan costing IP31.This report will give you all the materials that are to be used in the maintenance plan even if it is on hold. For this you need to assign the components in the task list operations and subsequently assign the task list to maintenance plan.Then execute the above report with maint. plan no as input.output will display list of materials and their quantity to be used.

hi everyone,

Im trying to do an abap report for this. It is similar to IA10 but with cost of materials. my problem is i cannot find the tables and fields that will link my material per task list operations.

Can anyone help me on this please.
