Quality notification number range

Hi,

Currently number range for quality notification begins from 000200000000 to 000299999999.

I need to change number range from 000210000000.

Please let me know process to change or is it standard SAP we cannot change.

Dear Suresh

If the number range is already in use , you cannot change the interval. But there is an option if changing the current number

In the menu button Interval (change current number ). You can change this to 000210000000 directly in the production server so that the next number will be from 000210000000

You can do the same in SPRO > Quality Management > Quality Notifications > Notification Creation > Define Number Ranges

Create the notification number range and then assign it to the notification type using the Group

Cureent number range 20000000 is already used in production.

Yes i know the path but i need to know whether i can directly do in production or do i need to transport.
