SAP Sourcing CLM Upgrade

Hello all,

We are planning to upgrade SAP Sourcing CLM from 9 to 10. Kindly help me out with the following:

1 - Do we need to Upgrade the existing SAP NetWeaver 7.3 to 7.5 or do we need to perform a brand new installation of NetWeaver 7.5?

2 - Similarly, do we need to Upgrade the existing SAP CLM 9 to 10 or do we need to export the existing SAP CLM 9 content, uninstall SAP CLM 9 and install a brand new SAP CLM 10?

Kindly help me out here.

1 - Do we need to Upgrade the existing SAP NetWeaver 7.3 to 7.5 or do we need to perform a brand new installation of NetWeaver 7.5? check the recommendation mentioned in the guide.

2 - Similarly, do we need to Upgrade the existing SAP CLM 9 to 10 or do we need to export the existing SAP CLM 9 content, uninstall SAP CLM 9 and install a brand new SAP CLM 10? you need to deploy SCA related to v10 and Dbase schema, suggest to take system backup before upgrade activity. you can get more detail in the guide. No need to export content.
