Hi Richard,

Take into account this table stores productive and simulation documents.

The simulation documents are a good target for deletion in order to

reduce PPOIX size.

Generally when you have many simulation posting runs that you would like

to delete, program RPCIPDEL can be used directly. This report has the

same behavior as transaction PCP0; however, it is able to delete 'mass

data'. Please use RPCIPDEL to reorganize table size of PPOIX.

When the PPOIX is growing too fast maybe you would like to delete

all data of the "Deleted productive runs" as well. For this reason, we

offer the report RPCIPQ00. This report will delete the entries of

PPOPX and PPOIX of the Deleted productive runs. (This means report

RPCIPQ00 can be used to reorganize the tables after the deletion of a

productive run with transaction PCP0 or RPCIPDEL).

Regards,

Carlos.

Why?

Dear Richard,

Generally we use the pevsh and ppoix to fetch the values after posting ing into accounts.

We have to use the database table PEVSH to find the run numbers for live postings by giving status 50.

Later we have to move to ppoix database table to fetch the respective wagetype values from posting results by giving the run numbers which were drawn pevsh tables.

You have to select the posting run status as 50 then we get the postedrun numbers only.

Through the run numbers we can get the results as per selections in ppoix.

If any,let us know.

Regards,

sai.
