F4 for plant and storgae location in shopping cart?

Hi,

We are in SRM 5.0 (classic scenario).

We are having an issue "when doing cross company shopping (on behalf of another country) if the on-behalf of country has more than one Plant, only the first Plant is available for selection in the shopping cart. Even though if we see press "...." thing, nothing is coming out.

I want to know why other plant are not available in F4. is there any BADI or some thing it is restricing that one? or it is standard functionality

Check org structure extended attributes->Locations defined. I believe you need entries there for this search help to work.

Select plants from a company code is a standard functionality.

Are you sure other plants for your company code exist in BBP_LOCMAP table ?

If yes, check OSS notes dealing with your problem.

Is there any specific process for plant selection in your SRM system ?
