SAProuter: Server refuses offered key exchange algorithms

Hi

We're connecting to a client's SAP box via SAProuter and for a while it was working fine.
Then it stopped working.

At the moment I'm getting the error in my dev_rout that "A221021D:Server refuses offered key exchange algorithms".

According to the SAP Note I'm "trying to use SNC with Kerberos Token and the server can only manage X.509 Certificate or vice versa".

Since it was working a while ago, why this error now?
Did something change in the client's SAP environment, and if so, what?

The important question is obviously how do we fix this?

I don't know the answer but I'd suggest to just reach out to the client's IT instead of SCN. It'd seem much more effective in this case.

Thanks - we have tried but they say nothing has changed. I think something might have changed so I would like to point them is some direction if possible.
