Error while connecting to R/3 system

Hello All,

I am trying to connect BW and R/3 system .I have done all the necessary settings : RFC connections, Defined message types, generated partner profile.

Now I am trying to connect to R/3 system through RSA1. I picked up the right target host and have all the authorizations, but when I click 'USE' for the creation of source system, I get an error ' Error in source system'.

How can I find out the exact problem.
