Help needed: WMTA putput created in Outbound delivery but not processed.

Dear All,

I've got a problem when setup WMTA output for automatic picking with TO for Outbound Delivery.

When delivery is created, the output in delivery header is created but with status "not processed".

Do you know what could be wrong and how to make it processed?

v/34 -> WMTA -> default value -> set dispatch time to '4'.

or.

VL02n -> output screen -> goto further data -> set dispatch time to '4'.

Thanks for answer. Currently i have setup time as 1 or 2.

I have a background job running RSNAST00, but it does not process this output for some reasons.

Any idea why it could be?

PS: With 4 in setup time output works fine.

You need to check the variant that you use to run that report.

What if you run RSNAST00 manually? Can it process the output?

You need to set:

Output application > V2

Transmission medium > 8

Both are in place already, and it doesn't work.

nothing- output remains with not processed status.

Maybe you should copy the NAST entry of that WMTA output to here.

It could be helpful for analysing.

Hi Harry,

There was an error in variant for RSN.... There was a value in object key, once this field was emptied, output started to be processed.
