Business transaction Synchronisation with Call List

We are using CRM 7.0 and we have enabled Call List synchronisation for the scheduling of calls between the Call list and the business transaction. If we update the call time on the Call list it gets reflected on the bus. transaction. however it doesnot work vice versa.

Any pointers or config steps to get this working will be appreciated.
