Purchase order address required as per location

Dear All,

Our client have two offices under one plant at different locations (say delhi & mumbai).From Delhi office PO are generated for both offices. When we are taking output system gives address for delhi(company code address) for both offices.We want individual address during output.Where can i make the settings?

In Standard if No storage location address is maintained then system will pick the plant address in delivery address tab of purchase order.

But, you can change it manually as required. And if you want to print the same in print out then ask abaper to fetch the delivery address from PO line item.

This is OK, for same plant but different locations how about the stocks for that particular material ?? if stocks are maintained at

plant level.

Some stock will lye in this location and some stock will lye in another location which may gives inventory pbm.

Also Delivery address is in diff state, so Tax pbm will araise??

You can change delivery address of p.o manually if your actual delivery @ mumbai,ask abaper to

fetch p.o delivery address (or) else try it through vendor partner functions.

few possibility as follows

1)are this locations had been mapped as STORAGE LOCATION

if yes then goto spro >ent structure>Definition>MM>Maintain storage location

here select the location and click on ADDRESS (at left pan)

here create new address

2) create address template in MEAN transaction , then refr this address number in delivery address tab (field : address)

3) ask your abaper to program your form to pick address as per SL

Hello Sachin,

Standard SAP forms pick up the delivery address that was determined in the Purchase Order line. Normally this is either the Plant address or, if maintained, the storage location address. The storage location address can be maintained in customizing under "Enterprise structure - Definition - Materials Management - Maintain Storage Location".

The form checks the delivery addresses on the different PO lines. If these are all the same, it displays the address in the document header. If not, then it displays this per line item. If the printout does not show the PO line delivery address from the plant or storage location, the logic in the form is probably different from standard SAP logic. In this case, you should look for solving this in the Form, in combination with the standar SAP logic for determining the delivery address in the Purchase Order.

Dear,

There are 2 options would like to suggest,

1. When PO created, definitely mentioned storage location of Mumbai. Now you maintain your address for Storage location and tell your ABAPer to fetch this address and to be printed on PO output. Possibly check to create new output type to output Mumbai location..

2. Secondly, create a Vendor (Dummy) with your Mumbai location address. In the Purchase order, while creation in Delivery address tab of Item details .. suggest to enter this Vendor code. Basing on this ABAPer can find the address and will be printed accordingly.

In PO the default delivery address will be the plant address.u can maintain the delivery address in t.code MEAN,and change the address in delivery address tab under item details level of PO.

MEAN is the T.code where we will maintain the delivery address.while creating PO u can change delivery address as per ur requirement, which will come to your po out put

Hi Sachinst

PO delivery address is the plant address. Its SAP standard.

In case you need to have the delevery address based on storage location then you will need to go for an enhancement.

we did it by maintaining the storage location in a seperate table. So, if the PO is created with that plant, storage location combo, then the address of the storage location is displayed.
