Please explain me what Global valuation type and local valuation type, Global valuation category and local valuation category,

Hi,

Split valuation is used only when u want a material no should have more than one price, currency. To maintain this we are using the valution types which will named according to the requirment. In your case the material which is imported will be distinguished by the Global valuation type and the local procured by Local Valuation type.
