How to do proper time entry handling in work tickets?

Hi,

hopefully somebody can bring some light into the proper handling of C4C work tickets integrated into ECC. So far, the Integration part is "easy and running fine". I have a problem on the C4C side handling the time entries in a proper way.

Scenario:
The work ticket contains one "Service" item, fix price, x hours. I plan this service with the integrated resource scheduler. Then a time entry is created and assigned to the service item. This generates a new sub item of type "Time" which I set to "not billing relevant". So far everything is fine. Now I click the "Finish Work" button and the time entry lines are doubled.

Can somebody explain me how to get the C4C side correct. I also attached an Office XML file with some screenshots.

Hello Florian,

This does not seem to be correct. Could you please create an incident with all the details and screenshots so that some one from our team can look into it?
