I have a problem while configuring the base entitlement for employees.
The basic entitlement is 20 days per year which is accrued prorata every year to be used in the following year.
But also there is a requirement that after 4 years of service in the company, employees are entitled to 1 additional day per year. So an employee hired on Jan 1 2010, they would then accrue their additional day on the 4th year, to be exercised starting in 2015, in 2018, they would earn a second day of additional vacation, to be used starting in 2019 and so on.
Can you help me in configuring this scenario.
