Solution Manager 7.2 Support Pack level difference on ABAP & JAVA

Greetings to all

We are in middle of Solution manager 7.2 support pack SP5 to SP7 up-gradation on production, suddenly unforeseen issue occurred on java upgrade - SUM-execution phase - AJAX Component, SAP support team working on this issue. In Parallel ABAP up-gradation is going on without any issues. This problem did not occurred during non-production system upgrade. So Solution manager 7.2 ABAP SP7 and Java SP5 unparalleled version works ? as usual without compromising features for some time until SAP provide the solutions. I feel it should work ? Can we post your thoughts and experiences in this situations ?
