Resource and PPM production rate matching question

Hi Guru's

I am creating some capacity reports and for product X at plant Y, the PPM has a production rate of 25k lb/day. However, the resource loading reports in both APO BW and regular BW reflect a production rate of around 15k lb/day. (I am getting this by dividing the Production (Total) by Days Req @ 100%). This is causing the report to show that the resource is scheduled beyond capacity.

All other products on that resource match the PPM rates. The rate for the other equivalent product is 15k lb/day, so the resource loading report may be right, I am just not sure why it doesnu2019t match the PPM. do you guys have any idea?
