Connection problem with Java app with portal integration

Hi,

Ive got a problem with connection between portal and java app on CRM SAP system (ICSS). I ve got a error log like below. In test portal with the same iviews and systems objects it works fine. Do you know what it could be? Ports configuration between portal dispatchers and backends is the same.

com.sap.pct.crm.channelmgmt.framework.ChannelMgmtException: A remote host refused an attempted connect operation.

Hello,

If it is a production system, it is quite possible that a firewall or any other network component can block the connectivity between the two systems. Please chek those.

Hi,

check the system configuration in your PRD system.

Alternatively: create in your Test system a system object that points to your production system. If the PRD system is OK, the connection should work.

Like my post above: all systems connect setting and firewalls configure are the same in test on produce systems.

Any other suggestions?
