Hello All,
We are experiencing some instances where users who we would expect to appear, and we know should appear in the analysis reports, are missing from adhoc and scheduled PC reports.
We have confirmed the user is not locked or date delimited and that included mitigated user.
Any help would be most appreciated

1. Run sync job (full)
2. Check the user id in GRACUSERCONN table in GRC for the source system.
3. If you find the user in above table then the user must be visible in your reports else not , please check that first in table and confirm me for the further steps.
