Ausblenden oder deaktivieren von Buttons im Solution Manager 7.2

Hallo zusammen,

Aktuell konfigurieren wir den Solution Manager. Dabei unternehmen wir einige Anpassungen.

Dabei sind wir auf diverse Standard-Buttons der Toolbar gestoßen, die nicht über das Customizing konfiguriert werden können (z.B. Neues Ticket anlegen) Gibt es eine Möglichkeit per Entwicklung diese Buttons zu "verstecken"?

Wir nutzen SolMan 7.2 auf Basis eines NW 7.4.

Falls noch Informationen fehlen, liefere ich diese gerne nach.

Hi Tammy,

It's a change and request Management.
When I'm searching ticket, there's also the option to create a new ticket. Is there an option to hide or deactivate this button (s. attachement)

Also there are 2 Edit Buttons when I create a ticket (one for details and one over all).
Our Customer would like to hide one of these both to avoid irritations
