Hi., We are using SAP b1 hana on cloud, I unable to login B1 client outside (Other network), i am getting error. Error msg: Connection to the database is lost;contact your system administrator(ODBC-1102) [Message 131-183]" Port: 40000. 30015 open in firewall, System firewall and antivirus disabled. Static ip Configured, I can able to login thorugh browser. But we need to login SAP b1 client gui. Plz share the procedure..
The firewall/antivirus in the client's PC is ON?
Are you installing the client inside the '\\hana-server\B1_SHF' ?
