Show gridlines when export from crystal report to excel

I have a crystal report that shows details of a list of users and their details is a row and another list that has different appointment details of that user.

now when i export crystal report in excel format

Now presently the report is shown like

name address date

user1 123 address 01-01-2019

user2 123 address 01-01-2019

Appointment date for

Appointment1 01-01-2019 reason

Appointment2 01-01-2019 reason

user3 123 address 01-01-2019

While exporting to excel I need to display this like

name address date Appointment date for

user1 123 address 01-01-2019

user2 123 address 01-01-2019 Appointment1 01-01-2019 reason

user2 123 address 01-01-2019 Appointment2 01-01-2019 reason

user3 123 address 01-01-2019

is there any way to achieve this other than reformating the report?

here the appointment list is a sub report.
