Changing user details in the autogenerated PR from CJ20N

Is it possible to change the user details (contact person) in the PR, that is autogenerated from CJ20N. 3 projects were initiated through CJ20N with services linking via collective PR. The PRs were created and is about to create A single RFX.(the 3 projects will be part of a major project). The project no in CJ20N was again the same item no released from PPM. Initially in order to reserve the budget a dummy PR was created last year by a different user. Now that the actual user has updated the PR with actual activities and is about to release the PR from user level and noticed that the user contact details is of the first user who has created the dummy PR. It will be difficult in the later stage if the user name is not updated. Please advise what to be done

Dear Ebsan Iqbal,

Which field in contact person that you want to change in PR?

you still can change for field "Requisitioner", " Purchasing group" and " MRP Controller" but for field "created by" and" change on" can't be changed manually.

If you want to change "created by" you must delete this PR and create new one with right contact person.
