Customer warranty management ECC and HANA comparative

I am trying to get information on Inbound warranty management capabilities / features in SAP ECC and SAP HANA. All I am getting is more towards OEM warranty management capabilities in SAP. As a customer who receives warranty from OEM / vendor how can I manage warranty claims? is what I am trying to figure out
