Cannot access HCP Portal Service any more

Hello everyone,

in HCP trail account I have activate the portal service. I`ve configured a Fiori launchpad and registered view apps from WebIDE.

Unfortuntaly since today I`m not able to access the Portal Service anymore with the message "Sorry The site cannot be displayed because it does not exist or you don't have sufficient privileges to access it."

I`ve reset already my password. I still can access the HCP Cockpit, WebIDE and other services, just not the portal service.

Any ideas?

Hi Oliver,

I am facing the same issue now. Did you manage to find any solutions to this problem?

Hi Oliver,

Can you please verify that you are assigned to the role TENANT_ADMIN in the portal service configuration?

If not - assign your user (note that it usually ends with the word "trial"), log off and back on, and try again.
