Offer process between Hybris Marketing and Commerce

Hi, I´m gonna integrate Hybris Marketing with Hybris Commerce and I need to know the process of the offer integration between the systems. I know that like a product recommendation I need create the offer in Marketing with valid date, product related data, location, etc. and the offer recommendations will be shown in Commerce to the corresponding contacts or accounts. My doubt is where I have to enter or write the discount and how (and where from) Commerce read this discount and apply to the customer order. Thank you

Hi Juan,

Unfortunately, there is no integration between the two systems. However, on the customer project side it is possible to create a Promotion (offer) in SAP Commerce and import the information to SAP Marketing through an OData offer import service. Otherwise, you would have to manually create the offer in both systems. Regardless, all pricing relevant elements are handled by SAP commerce promotion. The pricing relevant information has only informational or helpful purposes within SAP Marketing.
