Hi

Is it possible to post GR material document with zero quantity (101 movement type) from EWM? or how to set delivery completion indicator from EWM if we don't expect any more stock from supplier.

Note: I know that it is possible to post 101 movement with Zero quantity for non-EWM plant & storage location from MIGO.

Thanks and Regards

How do you set delivery completion indicator in MM? You go to ME22N and set it manually? If so, you can still do the same.

Hi Lopez

Buyer may have access to ME21N/ME22N but not the warehouse clerk. If the warehouse clerk got information from supplier that he won't receive stock anymore he can close the PO lines from MIGO as explained above. So after migration to EWM from MM, how clerk can do the same?

Thanks

Hi Sasidhar,

If you have an inbound delivery already distributed to EWM and you don't anymore expect a GR, you can indeed set the quantity to zero with /SCWM/PRDI, just by editting the corresponding line and entering a "0" manually or using a process code.

If your inbound delivery has only one item and it is set to zero, or if all other items are completed, the system will then send a message to ERP and the inbound delivery will also get the status GR completed in ERP. However, no material document with quantity zero will be created.

Hi Lopez

Thanks for your reply. In MM, you can post material document with "0" quantity only if you set "Delivery Completion Indicator". That means after this material document posting the line item in PO will be considered as closed as we set "Delivery Completion Indicator". From EWM I tried both the options like rejecting the inbound delivery and reducing the line item quantity to 0. But these are not closing the PO line item. So the question is still open.

Hi Sasidhar,

If the option Rejecting Inbound Delivery and reducing the line item Qty to 0 didn't update the ECC side then make sure the the "Send" tick box of the process code is "Activated" based on the process code profile in EWM side.

Cheers,
