Lumira Designer and BI Platform Problem Synchronize problem

Hi, I installed BOBJ on remote machine of windows server R12 then I went into its CMC Applications -> webapplications > webservice and got the access url to access BI platform from Lumira Designer uploaded my dashboard on BI platform and shared it with every one using Local IP. //94.200.103.**:port/BOE/BI to the outside world, I was very happy until I logged in to my Lumira Designer using Local IP + credentials (http://94.*00.103.**:8**3/dswsbobje/services/Session) from my windows 10 laptop, when I got in, I was shocked to see that I can only download dashboards already uploaded in BI platform from windows R12 machine and when ever I right click my dashboard then "upload to BI platform" folder selection option comes in I select folder , upload in process then comes in and then it goes away and nothing happens. Also when I write /BILaunchpad instead of /BI it asks me to go to administrator for rights and WACS normally. But everything works fine when I am inside the machine where BOBJ is installed using 4.2 SP04 -- Designer 2.2. My CMS has oracle 11g as DB.

Most likely you have a firewall between your machine and the server where BOE platform is installed.
Please review BI Platform admin guide section on working with firewalls.
