Prevent RFX Email to supplier when rfx is changed

hi, I need to stop the email sent to supplier when RFX is changed. So I am working on below SPRO configuration and trying to create a start condition.

SAP Implementation Guide > SAP Supplier Relationship Management > SRM Server > Cross-Application Basic Settings > Set Output Actions and Output Format

is it the correct place to do this config ? we already have the config for sending email and its working correctly. We just want to stop the email in case of change. we only want it for creation i.e. the first time Publish action of the RFX.

which parameter of the BUS2200 can I use to put the start condition ?

Alternatively, can I use the smartform badi to somehow detect the first time publish action and then prevent the email ?

I recommend you to check the following path in SPRO:

SAP Implementation Guide -> SAP Supplier Relationship Management -> SRM Server -> Cross-Application Basic Settings -> Event and Event Schema for Alert Management -> Define Event Schema

In case the PUBLISHED_AGAIN event is displayed here for RFx, that should be removed or deactivated.
