retail promotion - issue in announcement

Hi,

In promotion header, the subsequent processing field (WAKH - AKVST) has value 'A - partially processed'. This value is not changing to 'B - completely processed'. I think it is not changing to value 'B' because the status of announcement (WAKH - BEKST) is still in 'A - Announcement partially made'. The announcement output is successfully generated and its in green.

How to make the status of announcement to 'B - Announcement made' so that the AKVST becomes completely processed?
