Modification of Agent INBOX- Version 5.0

Hi,

CRM experts,

Version : SAP CRM 5.0

Our client requirement is to modify the AGENT INBOX view which contains some restricted columns. Can we modify (add/delete) some columns like inclusion of Service organization, Sales organization, Transaction ID.

I came accross the badi CRM_IC_INBOX_BADI.

Is there any possiblity of usability of this above BADI for the above requirement. if Yes please let me know in what method.
