I am working with an organisation that has 4000 employees in SAP Hr assigned to 750 org units. In 1500 of the 4000 people, the org unit cost centre has been overridden manually when it comes to Payroll Cost Centre. HR Ops has advised this over-ridding doesn't make any difference. It is causing master data issues. I disagree as you should link people to org units and not manually update the cost centre each time. Does anyone else have any supporting arguments that I could use? I have used the process would be simpler if you used Org Unit CC?
